At TESPL, we believe that the measure of a company is not only in what it builds — but in how it conducts itself in the world. Our commitment to animal welfare is not a policy. It is a value we carry personally, and as an organisation.
The trenchless work we do is largely invisible — infrastructure buried beneath rivers and roads, serving millions without anyone knowing it is there. There is something in that anonymity that resonates with how we think about giving back.
We do not do it for recognition. We do it because we believe that the most vulnerable — those who cannot ask for help — deserve it the most. For us, that starts with animals.
Our team members feed stray dogs daily — not as an organised initiative, but as a personal habit carried into the workplace. Over the years, that personal commitment has grown into something more structured. We have funded sterilisation programmes for community animals, supported treatment for animals injured in accidents or suffering from illness, and helped build a dedicated medical shelter where animals can receive ongoing care.
When we decided to formalise our support further, we looked for organisations doing the same quiet, unglamorous, essential work. These are the organisations we have supported over the past two years. Our giving evolves — and so does the list.
